KHORAA is committed to your happiness. Your satisfaction with purchases is our priority. If not desired after payment, you may return the products in their original-unused condition for refund. We will gladly accept your return within 10 days from the date of delivery.
- In case of any manufactural defects, goods can be replaced if request is placed within 10 days from the date of delivery. For defects, KHORAA will deliver the replacement on your next order. A credit note will be issued if goods are not available for replacements which can be used for the next order. Refunds will not be given in such cases.
- Returns made for inapplicable reasons will affect our customer’s ratings on KHORAA and we kindly request you to avoid it. Delivery of the goods, ordered by a repeat customer, will depend on the sole discretion of KHORAA based on the risk assessment or the past transaction history of the buyer.
Buyer ratings and future supply to the buyer remains unaffected in case of returns arising because of the following reasons:

✓ Damaged items
- All refunds will be initiated to the same bank account through which payment for the order was made.
- In case of alternate payment options (COD, Credit/Debit Card, etc.), bank account details provided by customers will be used to refund the amount back. Bank account holder name should be same as the registered name of the customer/firm on the website.
- Under all cases, reverse shipments costs shall be borne by the customer.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some of these situations may result in your order being canceled.
Customer can cancel the order, if it has not been shipped by KHORAA.
